Read on a Toyota Forum about this set of lights showing up on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner and everyone said get a new gas cap. Ordered Gas cap and while waiting, had the engine codes read at local car parts place. Code said it was top and bottom O2 sensors. Gas cap arrived and was a direct match to OEM. This is the fix...BUT the lights do not go away immediately. As an added suggestion, put a product called Sea Foam in your fuel to burn the carbon off of the O2 sensors. All of the lights went away after 2 days and adding Sea Foam. the lights have not returned in more than a month, Excellent!!! and Cheap fix!!!

The gas cap was the perfect fit - great price - absolutely the best customer service!
It turned out that my gas cap was worn, but it was not the only part I needed to replace.
So, since then, I have purchased another part from Richard at West Covina Toyota (a charcoal canister assembly), and plan to continue this relationship.
