I've owned a few locking gas caps. Some have been junk and others were a pain to use. This one fits tight and the key/locking/unlocking action, by comparison to other locking gas caps I've purchased, is smooth and easy. A pleasure to use. What I consider to be a quality product.
Price wise, considering the cost of today's gas, stopping a would be gas thief from jacking your car for five gallons, what price peace of mind? So it's money well spent.

I bought the gas cap to solve an immediate problem - thieves siphoning gas from my tank. Problem solved. Would have preferred an OEM solution that made use of the tether, but I've learned to live without that. The little cover that slides over the keyhole broke off before too long but it doesn't seem to have affected the lock. Glad this comes with two keys as I tend to trade off between key fobs without thinking about it.

At first, I was a bit concerned if I was ordering the correct cap for my son's blazer. However, it fit great as a locking gas cap to secure the ever increasing price of gasoline. Thanks. I would surely recommend this product. Quick delivery too. Thanks.
